Dressy Separates

At this point, Pesach shopping is in full swing. For those of you who don’t like to wear dresses or are just looking for more versatile options, I am posting dressy separates. I put together items that I feel work well together, many are interchangeable – use your imagination and have fun.

This blouse by Alice and Olivia is spectacular! The colors are vibrant, and it has an amazing fit. The top is a bit cropped so whichever skirt you wear it with should be high waisted. I posted a black silky pleated skirt by Mango which I think goes well together. Since the top is pricier, I posted a cheaper skirt. If you already own a good black skirt, all the better. I couldn’t resist adding these shoes, the red sole perfectly complements the top.

Floral print blazers are all the rage right now. It is a bit bold, so I paired it with a simple skirt. It is a statement piece that will stand out in a crowd. Add a pair of simple white pumps and you are good to go.

This sheer trench style jacket by Anthropologie is very cool in my opinion. I know it looks a bit bright in this photo but since it is sheer it is not overpowering. Pair it with this soft pink satin dress, or you can put a white dress underneath. I paired simple nude suede pumps.

This black-on-black skirt and top set is very stylish and chic. Each piece can be worn on its own too. You can pair the top with a silky black skirt, and the skirt can go with any number of items. Together these items really give a wow factor. I added a pair of silver pumps to give the outfit an extra pop.

This cream silk shirt by Tory Burch is a classic. Their clothing in general is top quality and you will enjoy it for many seasons all year round. I paired it with a black satin pleated skirt that has a great waistline for tucking in. This can be worn to a wedding or for regular Shabbos, it is an outfit that will go far. I added Sam Edelman Block heels, they match perfectly and give off a Chanel vibe without the price tag.

This soft floral mesh skirt is springy and youthful. I paired it with a simple cream cardigan, don’t think it needs a lot because the skirt is already busy. A pair of satin flats finishes the outfit perfectly.

I love this quilted boxy jacket in a floral print. I paired it with a narrower skirt from Mango (because the top is boxier it’s better to keep the skirt narrow). Another way to wear this skirt is with a ribbed wrap top from blank (colors are perfect together). It does dress it down a bit, but still a great comfy option. A simple pair of flats in neutral tone completes the outfit.

This pink boucle cardigan is stunning, paired with a silky skirt in soft pink is a killer combo. It is soft and sophisticated. I added these cool ombre pumps they add a bit of a pop to a soft outfit.

A cropped blue boucle cardigan with white trim, paired with a full white cotton skirt. This is a great summery combination. The jacket is pricey so I paired it with a cheaper skirt. You can also wear it with a white slip dress. These classy blue pumps finish off the outfit.

This jacket is fabulous, it’s on my short list for this season. You can wear it with any dress black skirt that you already own. It is all year round, and so classy that it will never go out of style. I also posted a cropped cardigan which gives a similar vibe at a cheaper price point. It is also super cute but definitely not as dressy or as special. I paired it to be worn over a simple black slip dress. I added these classic black satin pumps.

I just love this crinkle silk skirt, the color is vibrant and it has a great waistline for tucking in. I paired it with an Ulla Johnson floral print top. You can also wear this skirt with any nice cream or black sweater that you already have. I added these summery pumps by Sam Edelman, they also come in a flat if you prefer.

Tory Burch is known for their excellent quality and classy clothing. I posted two sets that I love this season. A floral print pleated skirt with a matching sweater. If this is too busy for you or you don’t want to spend on two pieces, you can pair the skirt with a solid cream top.

There is something so classic about a silk pleated skirt with a matching silk blouse. These go great together but if it is too busy for you, it can be matched with a solid top. I added these block heel slingback to finish off the preppy look.

The bright floral print against the black background is breathtaking. A simple black sweater is all you need because the skirt is center stage. I added purple flats to finish off the look.

I love this Olive Max Mara jumper. I paired it with a white blouse to be worn underneath, with a beautiful scalloped bow (the blouse comes in black too if you prefer.) To finish it off, I added these cool color blocked pumps.

I love this geometric pleated maxi skirt, the pictures don’t do it justice. I paired it with a sheer navy blazer. You can wear a light navy sweater or shell underneath.
